Did chest at the gym last night, still feeling very weak but I've noticed my muscles are looking a lot fuller as you will see from the pictures. Diet has not been as clean as I'd like- but I've been a lot more hungry since I've started lifting weights. Muscles are basically saying "feeeeed me"......I'm down 2 pounds from last week. Weight is 172. Unfortunately I took this with my cell phone so the quality isn't quite as good.

Good weight loss man. 2 pounds a week is pure fat loss! Just make sure you're feeding your muscles some proteins.
